Startup Weekend plans to expand its “No talk, all action” events in 2012 [Video]

Startup Weekend is a 54-hour challenge that has taken place in 100 countries around the world. The events see teams of developers, designers, marketers and product managers compete to create products that could go on to become viable businesses.

The organization recently entered into a partnership with Google, which means that the competitions, which have spawned startups such as Foodspotting, are set to expand to even more locations in 2012. We talked to European Coordinator, Deborah Rippol at LeWeb to find out more.
