How to log in?
Once you've registered and received your registration/ticket ID, you will then receive an email from TNW team with your login instructions. In the meantime here are a few steps to help you:
- 1. Click on "login" and enter your email address;
- 2. Enter your ticket registration id;
- 3. Where you do not know your registration id, please click on the "Request a reminder".
- 4. Re-enter your email address, select your own personal password and click on "Create Account".
How do I reset my password?
We've all been there, don't worry! Please follow these short instructions:
1. Enter the email address that you have previously logged in with.
2. Click 'Email me a password reset link' and go to your email inbox.
3. Open the email titled 'Reset your TNW València password' and click on the 'reset password' button.
4. On the page, enter your new password twice and press the 'Reset Password' button.
How do I edit my profile?
1. Log in to the platform using your login and password.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right.
3. Begin editing your profile. You can amend different types of information and features by clicking on the various fields and icons.
