Brilliant Google Bike lets you cycle the world from home

Want to cycle anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home? This hacked together “Google Bike” could be just the solution.

With a few common components, you can build the bike that connects to Google Street View, allowing you to virtually cycle wherever you want. The important part is the sensor that detects the rotation of the bike’s tire. This then relays data to your computer via a USB cable.
