When it comes to Christmas gifts, a little nostalgia can go a long way. Polaroid’s Snap camera has just the right amount of that, along with some nifty tech for $99.
It was revealed in September but only went on sale last month and comes in four colors – black, white, red and blue.
Inside, the Polaroid Snap is a 10MP digital camera with an on-board printer that uses ZINK Zero Ink Printing Technology, which allows you to print 2×3″ prints in full color immediately after taking a photo. You can continue to shoot other images while there’s one printing too.
As well as making the images available in physical form, the camera has a micro SD slot that holds cards of up to 32GB, so you can save and upload images to Instagram, Facebook or wherever you want.
When you’re shooting with the camera, you can choose between three image styles: Black and white, color and vintage, which adds an old-school faux-border to the photo.

With just a pop-up flash and no viewfinder or video option, this is probably the closest thing to a true polaroid camera the company has released in years.
Instant photography has long been synonymous with Polaroid and any photography-enthusiast would surely be happy to receive this gadget on Christmas morning.
