Zuck on Facebook: “We don’t think of the company as successful”.

Still from the stage at D8, Mark Zuckerberg answering questions about Facebook’s success.  When asked how he feels about people viewing him differently because of his success, Zuck offers a surprising remark:

“Maybe I’m in denial … I think our goals haven’t really changed much at all. We don’t think of the company as successful. We know that we have a service that many people use … but it goes back to this concept where I really think we’re just a lot closer to the beginning than the end”.

500 million users, and billions in profit spells success to pretty much any entrepreneur.  However, you have to hand it to Zuck for his mentality.  It is a mindset of constantly moving forward, both in business and in life, instead of resting comfortably where you are.
