Calling its look ‘iconic,’ Microsoft adds a download button to Bing, allowing users to snag the daily image

Bing, Microsoft’s search product, is well known for its use of a daily image on its Bing.com homepage. Quite often, the image is stunning.

That in mind, Bing has added a quick and simple way for anyone to snag any of its daily images as they are posted, if they so wish. The search engine now features a download button on its main page, so that anyone can download the picture if it strikes their fancy.

It looks like this:

Hit the button, and down comes the image to your computer. Quick, someone write some code that automatically downloads the Bing homepage image, and sets it as our desktop background image. Go!
