Nokia’s “Sea Ray” Windows Phone 7.5 prototype emerges in hands-on video

Nokia’s “Sea Ray” Windows Phone prototype, first showcase by Nokia CEO Stephen Elop in an internal meeting in June, has emerged again, this time in a two minute hands-on video.

The video shows what could be Nokia’s first Windows Phone, one of a number of devices expected to debut in October at Nokia World, running the latest Mango (Windows Phone 7.5) update, with near a near identical design to the Meego-powered Nokia N9.

Nokia’s “Sea Ray” prototype employs three Windows Phone-specific buttons at the bottom of the screen, reducing speculation that the N9-like smartphone would incorporate virtual buttons when it launched.
