Sling now accepting sign-ups without invites for its live TV streaming service

Sling has opened registrations for its $20 per month, US-only online TV streaming service, so you can now sign up without an invite.

You can sign up to try the service free for a week before committing to a paid subscription.

Announced early last month, Sling TV’s contract-less service includes popular channels like ESPN, TBS, CNN, TNT, Food Network, HGTV and Cartoon Network and supports Android, iOS, Windows, Mac and Roku.

The basic channel package got a boost recently with the inclusion of Galavision, El Rey, and Maker. Three additional packages for news and information, kids and family-friendly content and sports are available at $5 each.
