Hacker aims to rub out ISIS with porn and LGBT imagery

A hacker is waging war on ISIS, with porn. WauchulaGhost — who formerly pointed out security flaws in President Trump’s Twitter account, as well as those of his cabinet members —  claims to have hacked over 250 Twitter accounts known to be associated with ISIS.

He told CNN:

We started hijacking their accounts, taking over their accounts, basically just to troll them. To annoy them and make fun of them. Take screen shots, phone numbers, IP addresses, the whole nine yards. I have all that information on all the accounts I’ve ever taken.

Then we got the idea of spreading porn through the accounts.

Now, the hacker aims to take down ISIS-associated accounts before filling their pages with pornography, or gay-pride imagery in an attempt to offend the account holders. An unfortunate byproduct of this, he says, is that it offends other Muslims as well — which isn’t the goal, WauchulaGhost claims.

After the Pulse nightclub tragedy last year, the hacker and two others — Ebony and Yeti — used a treasure trove of acquired ISIS accounts to begin the smear campaign. It seems they’ve still been at it, and only recently detailed just how easy it is to gain access to these ISIS-associated social media accounts.

The hacker claims ISIS lacks the sophistication needed to secure the accounts, saying he can access one in under 60 seconds. “I’ve seen 10-year-olds [that are] smarter,” he says.
