Dropbox’s new Chrome extension adds your files in Gmail

Dropbox’s new Chrome extension adds your files in Gmail

Dropbox has launched a new Chrome browser extension that makes it easy to share your files with others in Gmail.

When you install Dropbox for Gmail, you’ll see a new icon at the bottom of the message compose window. Click it to sign in and select files from Dropbox. The extension then adds links to them in your email.

The free extension is currently labeled beta, but seems to work just fine and makes light work of sending files over email.
