Twitter’s Crashlytics officially releases Beta, a tool for testing apps on iOS and Android

Crashlytics has announced the official release of Beta, its cross-platform tool for distributing beta versions of apps to iOS and Android testers. The release comes three months after the initial pilot program.

With the official launch, Crashlytics now offers full support for the product, which will get continuous updates and regular bug fixes. Beta makes it easy to invite new participants and send out app builds. It combines both mobile platforms into a single dashboard for keeping track of what your testers are up to.

Twitter acquired Crashlytics in January 2013. The main service offers crash reporting for iOS, Android and now OS X apps.
