Launched in 2009, HootSuite lets users manage multiple social networks through a single dashboard, and the Vancouver-based company has grown into a global social media brand used by individuals and companies alike. However, it’s the enterprise facet that HootSuite is chasing for dollars, and it’s this market where analytics will prove most fruitful.
