HTC Wildfire S Officially Hits India

HTC has just announced the launch of HTC Wildfire S, an affordable Android device in India.

Pitted to be the successor for HTC Wildfire, this handset was first announced in Mobile World Congress earlier this year along with HTC Desire S and HTC Incredible S.

Specs-wise, it runs on Android Gingerbread with HTC Sense UI, featuring a 600MHz Qualcomm processor, 3.2-inch TFT display, 512MB ROM and 5 megapixel camera with autofocus.

The phone is currently available in 2 different colors: dark grey and silver white and will retail across all Indian HTC resellers for a maximum retail price (MRP) of Rs 14,700 ($325).
