Top 4 Tools to Use for Snapchat Analytics

“Stories are the new newsfeed.” “Stories are taking over the world.” “Long live stories.”

If you have read a tech publication over the past few months, then you are likely far too familiar with the battle between social media behemoths, Snapchat and Facebook, in their quest to conquer consumer attention. Stories live at the center of this debate as the two companies strive to deliver the most powerful Stories’ Platform to consumers.

Brands and influencers have caught on too, and are all in on creating Stories for their consumers. While we’ve seen an explosion of stories all over the web, there are few creators that have perfected the art.

Luckily, there are a few tools on the market that can help you and your brand manage your Snapchat Stories! Here are the top 4:

1. Storyheap

Storyheap’s custom dashboard seems to provide the most comprehensive means of story management for both Snapchat and Instagram. They provide top brands and influencers a platform to not only exclusively upload, schedule, and synchronize their stories but also gain insight into custom analytics. Once inside, users can track helpful metrics such as open rates, views, & viewer engagement, alongside machine learning-generated analysis, such as optimal posting time.

2. Naritiv

Naritiv, one of the more established players in the space, serves much like a “middleman” in the industry, as they connect brands and agencies with influencers and their audiences on Snapchat. They pair big time influencers like Casey Neistat with industry leading brands to create authentic and trackable Snapchat campaigns. Since Hootsuite acquired Naritiv, we have not seen many new updates, but can only expect some big things from the partnership given Hootsuite’s track record as a social media management powerhouse.

3. Snaplytics

Snaplytics provides scalable Snapchat Analytics for some of the world’s top brands. They focus on providing meaningful analytics that give their touted clients, like Vodafone and Ben & Jerry’s, insight to measure returns on their investment and make more sound business decisions. They also offer a unique feature called Competitor Analysis that helps brands peek into how their competitors are doing on Snapchat.

4. Delmondo

While Delmondo operates much like a creative studio/agency, they are all in on helping brands and influencers create and measure the impact of their Snapchat stories. They’ve worked with top brands, like Marriott, to produce unique and original Snapchat Series that reach millions of followers.

I expect a bunch more of these Snapchat analytics tools to pop up over the next few months as more and more brands dive in on stories, but, nonetheless, it will be exciting to see what happens.
