Gmail for Android now shows images automatically

Google today updated its Gmail for Android app, ensuring that images show in your messages automatically and you never have to hit the “display images below” link again. You can download the new version now from Google Play.

When Google first announced the feature last month and enabled it on the desktop, the company promised it would arrive on the Gmail app for Android and iOS “in early 2014.” One down, one to go.
