Google+ will make custom Year in Review videos for users that have been uploading their photos

Google has revealed that its nifty Auto Awesome video and photo editing feature for Google+ will automatically generate Year in Review videos for select users soon. Those of you who have been faithful at uploading your snaps to Google+ throughout the year should qualify for the gift.

If you’re one of the lucky ones, the year-end video will appear in your account in the next week or so.

This is a nice touch from Google, as it could save us the time of having to go through and pick out which photos and videos ourselves. It might also convince some users to turn on auto-upload so that they have a shot at getting a fun Google+ retrospective next year.
