Google updates Chrome for Mac with a new Flash player version and better support for Mountain Lion

With Apple’s newest operating system, Mountain Lion, coming to consumers mighty soon, Google is updating its Chrome browser to get ready.

In addition, the latest stable build of Chrome also has a new version of the Flash player (11.3) included:

The Stable channel has been updated to 19.0.1084.56 for Mac. This build contains a new version of Flash Player (11.3), in addition to more patches to support transitioning to OSX Mountain Lion.

Full details about what changes are in this build are available in the SVN revision log. Interested in switching release channels? Find out how. If you find a new issue, please let us know by filing a bug.

Mountain Lion will be available to consumers in July, according to Apple’s announcement at WWDC today.
