The event saw a number of hot competitors present their pitches in rounds to assorted judges yesterday and the finalists were picked out to present to a wide audience at the closing of the conference.
In third place, Teleportd launched an image search service that pulls in images across user generated sites like Twitpic and Instagram.
Each in their own way represented the theme of the event, “Faster than Real Time” as the immediacy of social networks was reflected and the startling instant popups of augmented reality technology played their part.
In each case the pitches were slick and the products were well developed. They will doubtless all be businesses we will be following in the future.
