Follow us in ‘Real Time’ during The Next Web Conference

Follow us in ‘Real Time’ during The Next Web Conference

MapIf there is one buzzword that dominated blogposts and businessplans last year it must be ‘the realtime web’. Okay, that is actually 3 words, but you know what I mean.

Twitter, Foursquare and Facebook all focus on what is happening NOW instead of yesterday or somewhere in the past. Today we are proudly announcing our own the realtime web channel. The channel is provided to us by MobyPicture, a company run by Dutch entrepreneur (and friend of ours) Mathys van Abbe. This is what he has to say about our collaboration:

Joining forces with The Next Web is a really nice opportunity for MobyNow. The content of the 60 ‘The Next Web Editors’ from all around world, speakers, attendees and people following the event is aggregated on the http://now.thenextweb.com platform and will give great insights and demonstrate the power of The Realtime Web. Especially during the tech events they are covering and organizing, the Now platform will be the place to share, discover and interact.

The NOW channel doesn’t just show our content but also automatically aggregates all tweet and photos tagged with our official #tnw tag. If you use Mobypicture as your preferred media sharing service, your #tnw related postings will even end up on the streams, map and of course on all the social sites you setup (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, your blog etc.).
