50 cities, 100 city representatives
sharing insights on startup cities
In collaboration with Deputy-Mayor Kajsa Ollongren, StartupAmsterdam and TNW are proud to present the entirely new and specially curated StartupCity Summit on May 19: an initiative to connect startup cities to their international counterparts to share insights and discuss the current and future role of local governments in rapid developing startup eco-systems.
The aim of the summit is to exchange best practices, get inspired, make connections and collaborate with each other on the most pressing issues that developing startup eco-systems face. Bringing together 100 leading civil servants from all around the world -so called startup city representatives- is of paramount importance to meet the demands of startups and scale-ups, which are mainly focused on local eco-systems, facilities and expansion from city to city.
Cities already attending include: Paris, Stockholm, Dubai, Hong Kong, Brussels, Oslo, Rome and Kiev.
