John is Lippincott’s Chief Strategy Officer and leader of the firm’s Innovation Practice. He leads the firm’s efforts in growth strategy, business design innovation, digital transformation and experience innovation.
John brings 30 years of advisory and operating experience. He has worked with the senior leadership teams of clients such as 3M, Samsung, eBay, Bain Capital and Caterpillar in developing strategy and driving growth.
John is also a Professor of Marketing at the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College, where for ten years he has taught the MBA course on Digital Strategy and Transformation.
