Log Exercise

Launched way back in January last year, WeightTraining.com‘s iOS app was always designed for those with a penchant for pumping iron. And with the latest update to hit the App Store, it has been given a workout of its own.

As per before, the workout logger tracks your fitness stats and lets you search for weights-related exercises. And there’s a bunch of Workout Plans available, which include step-by-step how-to videos, and you can also compete against yourself or others. With the latest update though, there are now detailed profile pages, a whole new drawer design, rest-timers with alerts, support for customized workout plans and you can save workouts directly to your favorites.

Moreover, you also now access ask-a-trainer, groups, and challenges, just as you do with the Web-based incarnation. It’s safe to say this is a fairly chunky overhaul, and it will go down a treat with bodybuilders of all standards.
