Discovr’s music discovery app for iOS gets a slick revamp with Spotify and Rdio support

IMG_0122Discovr, a music discovery app for iOS app that could loosely be described as ‘Twitter for music’ has received a big update today. The reworked app now lets you follow artists and other users to discover new songs, videos and the like.

Any music that pops up on your feed can be played from YouTube, SoundCloud or (if you have the apps installed and a suitable subscription) Spotify and Rdio. You can share music, artists, images and videos too – with your followers seeing the results in their feeds.

While the interface of the sharing side of things could do with a little work to make it more intuitive, the feed side of the equation is a fun, quasi-serendipitous way to discover more about your favorite artists.
