Adobe launches Kuler iPhone app and site redesign featuring color syncing and camera support

Adobe launches Kuler iPhone app and site redesign featuring color syncing and camera support

After teasing a Kuler relaunch during its Max conference, Adobe has announced the release of Kuler for iPhone and a redesigned Kuler website. This update comes less than a month after Adobe debuted its suite of Creative Cloud-only apps and services, which includes Photoshop CC, InDesign CC, Illustrator CC and more.

According to Adobe, Kuler for iPhone lets you use your iPhone’s camera to capture and generate color palettes. As Adobe previously detailed, these color schemes can then be synced with service’s Web app, as well as Adobe Illustrator CC and Adobe Ideas. The new Web app also features a responsive design and has been optimized for tablet use.

Unfortunately, Photoshop will not support Kuler syncing immediately with the CC launch, but we’re betting deeper Kuler integration will arrive soon. If your interest is piqued, check out the free app via the links below.
