Utility apps for mobile devices range from finding places to eat, to creating to-do lists. Nothing is more important than your health and well-being, though.

T2 Mood Tracker is an app that aims to help people who suffer from any type of anxiety or mood disorders, such as military veterans who have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. The app helps all of us track our daily mood though, and provides us with a beautiful graph on how we’re feeling over time.

Enter your mood

If you remember to enter your mood at the end of every day, you can see how you’re feeling over time, and perhaps catch yourself in a fit of depression or anxiety. One of the biggest problems with depression is that you don’t know you’re depressed.

An app like this could help bring the situation to light. With simple sliders and daily entry, the app will gather your mood data over time. You can even add notes about what had you down or super happy that day.
