In a relationship? Facebook will now remind you of your anniversary.

11832_245985306728_20531316728_4227681_1909636_nAs if Facebook didn’t know enough already, it now wants your anniversary date, assuming you’re in a relationship of course.

Alongside your relationship status, you’ll notice a new field allowing you to enter the day, month and year of you and your partners anniversary. If you choose to, this will appear – justas your birthday does – as a significant upcoming date for your friends and colleagues to remember.

The display of your anniversary date will follow the same privacy settings as those that you’ve set for your relationship status.

For the forgetful of you out there, Facebook will also remind you of the special day – so while we might grumble a little now, Facebook might just be your savior one day.
