As 9to5Mac spotted, Apple’s online store now features a same-day delivery option – previously, this was only available when ordering through your mobile device.
If you go for courier delivery, the order should be at your doorstep within 4 hours, according to Apple’s shipping documentation.
With the increasing prevalence of Web shopping, several companies are looking for ways to deliver items quicker than ever. Amazon has Prime Now, for instance, and now Apple is joining the fray. Though it’s limited to a small number of areas (my zip code in upper Manhattan isn’t available, for instance), we wouldn’t be surprised to see the option expanding more soon.
