Apple’s iPad Store Being Switched On Worldwide

Apple’s iPad Store Being Switched On Worldwide

iPad users across the world will wake up to good news this morning. The app store is being switched on across the globe from Europe to Australia.

Not too much else that needs to be done from your end but if you’re like me though and have been frustrated with only being able top update your apps via iTunes, you’re going to want to at least test updating your iPad apps from the device itself.

Update:

Disappointingly, iBooks and iWorks apps are not available outside of the U.S. just yet. Both are expected to become available by the 28th of this month, according to this press release.
