At the Dublin Web Summit last month we conducted so many interviews that we’re still bringing them to you now. One person I caught up with was Kyle York of DNS and email service provider Dyn, a company that deals in “the plumbing” side of online life for a large client list, including The Next Web.
York talks us through the company’s story and why it recently raised its first funding round – a whole eleven years since the company was founded. We also discuss two cities called Manchester. Dyn is based in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA; I’m based in Manchester, UK. We’re both trying to encourage and promote our local startup ecosystems. Maybe we should become twin cities?
