<p>Congratulations goes out to the team who pulled off the Boga Cidre soft drink campaign, with a surprisingly effective and fresh concept to the region.<!--more--></p>
<p>&#8220;Our challenge was to create interest around the new Boga Cidre campaign  starring famous Tunisian actor Dhafer el Abbidine.&#8221; explains the advertisement agency,  &#8220;74% of our target audience possess an account on Facebook. To be in line  with its communication habits as well as to suggest a modern and up to  date attitude, we chose to make a viral teaser.&#8221;</p>
<p>A fake scene was shot and spread as a <a title="BOGA CIDRE Viral Video Campaign" href="http://bogacidre.com/lynx/viral/" target="_blank">viral video on facebook</a>, to create buzz for the advertisement that followed.<a href="http://bogacidre.com/lynx/viral/"></a></p>
<p>Also worth mentioning is the &#8220;<a title="Hiroshi and Osamu: Confessions of Corporate Spies" href="http://www.hiroshiandosamu.com/" target="_blank">Confessions of Corporate Spies</a>&#8221; campaign led by Starcom Mediavest Group Dubai for Chevrolet winning them the Grand Prix for the Media and Integrated categories. Incidentally the same campaign I personally found annoying throughout its entire run. But then again, I must have been far from their target market.</p>
