The future of drones is amazing. The French quadcopter fan who built a Millennium Falcon replica last month is back, as promised, with an amazing replica of a TIE interceptor.

It’s pretty incredible to see the TIE interceptor in action at night, since you can’t see the rotor blades it looks like it’s floating in space.

You can follow along the builder, who goes by the name of Oliver-FR on Reddit, and his details on how the entire thing was built step by step, in case you want to create your own too.

He says it took just 15 hours to build which is an incredibly short amount of time for such a great result. But, he said that it was “much harder” to fly than the previous build.

What’s next? Naturally, a build of the Star Destroyer from Star Wars.
