This whiteboard clock will make you wish you had one too

This whiteboard clock will make you wish you had one too

You’ll never be jealous of anyone’s clock until you see this one that actually writes out the current time on a whiteboard.

The clock was developed by Maurice Bos and uses a 3D-printed arm to grip the pen and magnets to keep it stuck on the whiteboard. The clock even automatically wipes off its previous writing, before writing out the current time.

It’s powered by a tiny microcontroller that gets the latest time from a modem attached to a computer and runs the clock itself.

You can read the amazing details of how the clock was built and maybe even get inspired to build one for your company’s boardroom.
