We’re at Y Combinator Demo Day today and we’re watching over 75 companies demo their goods. It’s an exciting place to be, because there is a ton of press and investors ready to shower the companies with attention. Hopefully.

One company decided that the best way to pitch their startup wasn’t going to be inside of the Computer Museum in Mountain View with the rest of the YC companies, it was going to be outside.

Check out this brilliant move from Tripl:

About to hand out 200 fake parking tickets at YC demo day…

Yes, that’s really a fake parking ticket with an email address…for Tripl.

Definitely an attention grabber, eh? We’ll hit you up with our favorite companies from today’s Y Combinator Demo Day later on, but this was too good not to share.

Well done.
