Interesting Alternative iPhone Interface

Found in the portfolio of “fedra malara” without much further information. Looks interesting right? I wonder if Apple will ever allow alternative interfaces. Don’t hold your breath.

Looks definitely interesting. Not quite my taste, but it’s good to see people try different things on the iPhone.I’m content with the way it looks now, but I wouldn’t mind an overhaul either…

I think the interface could use some tweaks, and maybe with them, we could squeeze out some more functionality. Most of my own desires would make it more Palm Pre-like, such as using the wallpaper behind your apps on the home screen, and I LOVE the card interface the Pre uses for multi-tasking. Couple those interface tweaks with internal better memory management (currently quite poor) and Apple would bring it’s device to the next level. As is, I think it’s pretty stale.
Looks so cheap and ugly…
I wonder of anyone will ever beat apple at their own game…
