Following her second arrest on Thursday, Global Voices has announced that Syrian Blogger Razan Ghazzawi has been released. Razan’s sister, Nadine, confirmed the news on Twitter, adding however, that authorities have imposed a travel ban on the blogger.

Arrested during a raid on the Syrian Centre for Media and Freedom of Expression (SCMFE), Razan along with the rest of her female colleagues are said to have been released, but there is no news of the remaining detainees.
