Woopra 2.1 Includes Even More Tracking Toys

Surveillance MonitorsWoopra the award winning real time analytics tool just got a new set of toys to play with from more in-browser power to campaigns and funnels. Woopra users, brace yourself.

Woopra probably one of the most powerful real-time web tracking and analytics tools out there allows domain administrators to see in real-time what users are doing on their website.

The Woopra team have been busy these last couple of months with fast paced iterations releasing new features that began with a shiny new HTML5 based User Interface followed by an iPhone app that allows admins to track users from their iPhones.

Woopra in-browser tracking got a very much needed feature for administrators tracking multiple domains that allows them to see both notifications and the number of users currently online in the same browser tab cutting back on tab switching which was a bit annoying before.

They’ve also included some neat ways to see whether your visitors are marveling at your slick interface and content, or have simply left the browser open and went for a walk.

Not only have things gotten more interesting in the browser, but it’s added two new major data insight features namely Funnels and Campaigns available only to those with Golden Memberships, the fourth of 7 membership types starting with the free Basic, and ending with the feature rich Kryptonite.

Funnel Analysis lets site owners see just how successful they’ve designed things like multipage forms or certain scenarios that require users to click through a number of pages with detailed information on user behavior of each page or group of users on that page.

Campaigns tracking is a feature that’s been available to tools such as Google Analytics for quite some time now, which Woopra say have been getting a lot of requests for and finally made a reality.

Woopra’s campaign tool works in a similar fashion to that of Google Analytics and goes even further to recognize any existing campaigns you got going there and includes them in your Woopra results, a smart move from the Woopra team I’m sure admins will appreciate.
