HTC is launching its next One smartphone on October 20, but it won’t be a normal event.
Rather than hold a press event (with plenty of overhead cost), HTC is holding a virtual event. It’s open to everyone, too.
Without a venue to point us to, HTC is asking that we go to its launch website on noon ET on October 20.
