Mag+ the digital publishing ecosystem, has announced its new app SDK so that publishers, agencies and developers can choose between the white-label app or building their own.
Using the SDK, users can still take advantage of Mag+’s creative tool set, distribution features to optimise their work for Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Not only can it be used to create mobile publications (like our own TNW Magazine), other categories can also be explored including e-commerce, utilities, newspapers and games.
The SDK gives developers access to the full Mag+ ecosystem via a pre-built reader engine which is designed to save hours on coding. This should mean that brands can focus on content rather than trying to build a full system from scratch.
The Mag+ SDK is offered at a monthly fee. The cost per month is $3,499, plus the standard Mag+ license fee per app created.

To benefit agencies and independent app developers, the SDK license grants users the rights to resell their concept to any customer in the market at their own price. For content owners, the SDK license covers all of their brands.
