Google’s new Google Developers community is a one-stop destination for coders

Google’s new Google Developers community is a one-stop destination for coders

Google continues to move all of its resources for developers to the new developers.google.com site, something that it has been working at since last September, when it announced the Google+ API. To make the move official, the company is firing up the new Google Developers identity.

Google says it is working to migrate all of of the content related to Google’s APIs to the new site and away from code.google.com. Google Developers will provide coders resources to work on official Google projects and APIs.

Google Code will be moving back to its ‘open source project’ roots, hosting the parts of Google’s code that is available to the community. Google has launched a new Developers Blog on the site to allow developers to keep up with all of the developments in one place.

Google will also maintain its +Google Developers page, where it hosts development-related hangouts and often answers questions. The Google Developers YouTube and Twitter accounts have also been launched.
