In the ‘you have to listen to it to believe it’ department, a very troubled senior called a technical support person over the intrusion of Google Pac-Man into her computer. Despite reassurences from the tech support guy on the line that it would disappear the next day, things to do not go smoothly. Go ahead, hit play!

Well, it was not a simple problem. Thare was a bug on Firefox plugin and it keeps the Pacman sound in any page. That was the problem that this woman had. I had this same problem too.
Actually, what you are describing Fabio is not a bug in FireFox. It is there on purpose. It is a feature that allows you to keep a tab open playing music (i.e. Pandora or Grooveshark) and open another tab, and not be restricted to keeping the music tab as the focus.
I thought the tech guy dealt with it very well actually. He stayed calm. I would have probably got very frustrated very early on. That’s why I don’t, and couldn’t, work in tech support.
I agree that Google’s support is the worst support I have seen by any company.
You have clearly not experienced Microsoft customer service.
Google support? Who on Earth is calling Google for support?! It’s not like their products are very complicated.. AT ALL
“Yeah I’m having trouble searching for x.. I don’t like my results and want a refund!”
