Rakuten-owned Kobo this morning announced that its brand new 7-inch Android (4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich) tablets, dubbed the Kobo Arc series, will be available with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage options when it starts hitting stores in November (you’ll be able to pre-order the eReader before, fyi).
The Kobo Arc will be available for $199.99 (16GB), $249.99 (32GB) and $299.99 (64GB), offering future customers more options to choose based on how many songs, movies, eBooks, and pictures they plan to store on their device.

In a statement, Kobo says it has already begun its development plans for Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). The company boasts that it has more than 10 million users across 190 countries today, who can access over 3 million eBooks and content in 60 different languages.
