This latest release has been in development for three months and includes an improved user interface and more than 100 bug fixes. Reliability received a big focus in the release, with data management moved over to Core Data and improved XML-RPC communication.

Some of the biggest names in tech are coming to TNW Conference in Amsterdam this May.
These changes should go some way to addressing the issues the app has had with usability and reliability since it first came out. The app, in concept, is a great idea — being able to manage your blogs from your iOS device should be easy. Unfortunately, to date, this hasn’t been the case, and we’ll see whether Automattic has nailed iOS WordPress management with this release in time.
Updates to the interface include the incorporation of pull-to-refresh in the apps’ list views, and a much cleaner post interface. Perhaps even longer overdue, you can now tap emails and URLs left by commenters.
