HotelTonight adds new feature offering users an extra night for even cheaper rates

HotelTonight, the last-minute hotel booking app, has introduced a new feature that allows you to book an extra night’s stay at an even more discounted price than your first one.

Tonight +1 promises to give users up to an additional 30 percent off the extra night.

Hotels will obviously benefit because they’re filling empty rooms. For users of the app, it makes the “I wish I could just stay another night” temptation a lot more… tempting, which all ties in with HotelTonight‘s idea of serving spontaneous travellers.

The new feature will automatically activate when you’re making a booking and teasingly displays the cheaper rate you’d get if you decided to give in to your inner hedonist.

Previously, the best way to get a cheap rate through HotelTonight was to check out and then complete a new booking entirely. That’s something that I, and a lot of people I know, have done in the past, so perhaps the company noticed the trend and has decided to capitalize on it.

HotelTonight says it will be offering “particularly significant discounts” on Tonight +1 for people looking to take a cheeky break around the holidays.
