Camera+ revamps its iOS app with a new editing section for your photos

Developer TapTapTap has released a major update to its popular iPhone camera app Camera+, adding a new editing section for touching up your photos.

The editor, which is dubbed The Lab, includes all the options you’d expect: straighten, sharpen, temperature, saturation, exposure and more. Here’s an example of what you can do with it:

With the update, The Captions and Filter Layering sections of the app have also gotten a redesign to have the same visual style as The Lab. Meanwhile, the FX and Borders sections have been renamed Filters and Frames, respectively.

Camera+ costs $1.99 for the iPhone and $4.99 for the iPad, but that hasn’t stopped over 10 million users from buying the app. Today’s new editing features should help convince a few more of you to make the purchase.
