Pinterest’s engineering blog has an interesting post providing a behind-the-scenes look at the development process for its iOS 7 app redesign, which went live last month.
Software engineer Steven Ramkumar explained the company’s plan to drop iOS 5 support, make use of the new APIs in iOS 7 and create a new gestural interface for the app. If you’re an iOS developer or an avid Pinner with some spare time on your hands, it’s worth a read.
