Number One: Docs is from Microsoft’s Future Social Experiences (FUSE) Labs and this app allows Facebook users to discover, create & share Microsoft Office documents. It has an inbuilt spell check and the ability to share documents with Groups. They also just rolled out a handy full search text feature.

Number Five: Email Signup powered by the law firm JD Supra allows you to offer email sign-ups in Facebook. It does this by allowing visitors to your Facebook page to opt in to receive your monthly newsletters. It is an email opt-in app and installs as a tab on FB pages.

The Calendar app from 30Boxes is a complete personal calendar solution. It includes SMS reminders and a built-in to-do list function and gives you the ability to share upcoming events on you Facebook profile.
Business Cards is like the signature common in email messages. Personalize your card and attach it to your Facebook messages. When the temperamental service is working you can also use it to promote your business and browse other cards.
Facebook Groups is not an external application like the others however the relaunched Groups is a great hub to collaborate and work on projects. Its ability to chat in groups, share images, send emails and host discussions is excellent.
