It’s raining beautifully designed, simple weather apps. Earlier this week I spoke about Swakett, a Mac App that shows you how many layers of clothes you need to wear. Today I discovered Thermo on The Beautiful Pixels blog.
Thermo is built by the guys over at Robocat apps. Instead of showing you a weather symbol like the standard iPhone app, Thermo displays a thermometer and with fun text with a little bit of attitude.
Thermo doesn’t provide more data then the pre-installed weather app that comes with the iPhone, but if you fancy a change then give Thermo a go.
Thermo is free to download on the iPhone, there is a premium version for $0.99 if you want to remove the adverts.
