Squace makes mobile-friendly site creation free and easy

Squace makes mobile-friendly site creation free and easy

Squace, the creators of a social, mobile, browser which allows one to use and share mobile services, content and more across platforms is expanding their feature-set again.

Recently Squace released a free iPhone app providing organization of bookmarks in a unique, easy and intelligent way.   The app features squares, each representing a bookmark. As you move your finger over the grid, a tooltip displays the title of that square. Click on the title to open the bookmark.

Building on that success, today Squace has announced a feature for creating one’s own mobile-friendly web page with just a few easy steps.

Once you visit the mobile friendly web page creator site from Squace, simply enter the name of the Site, enter the site’s URL, and hit the “Go Mobile” button.

That’s it, now you have a mobile-friendly landing page, with a URL, embedding options, and a custom-generated QR code.

To add the bookmark to your mobile device, you must have a Squace account, which is free and easy to setup.

With the bookmark added, you can then share it with all via Twitter, Facebook, email, or other methods.

Your mobile-friendly page appears as follows once created:

While not as refined as the iSites mobile app creator, the Squace option is free and super simple to use.  If you’re looking to create a mobile-friendly page, which looks nice, and incurs no costs, the Squace Mobile-Friendly Page creator is for you.
