OS X and iOS will use Apple’s new ‘San Francisco’ font

OS X and iOS will use Apple’s new ‘San Francisco’ font

At Apple’s WWDC the company quietly confirmed that it’ll use its ‘San Francisco’ typeface on OS X and iOS as the default, replacing Helvetica Neue.

Apple released the new font last year for the launch of the Apple Watch, then quietly added it to the keyboard of the new MacBook. It’s also using the San Francisco font on iOS.
