iWork for iCloud beta now open to everyone with an Apple ID

Apple today opened up its iWork for iCloud beta to everyone with an Apple ID. It was previously available to just developers, then also to a select few who received invitations, and now it’s open to all.

The change was first spotted by the Italian site Spider-Mac. Apple has yet to make an official announcement, and it probably won’t as Engadget rightly points out you normally have to pay for the iWork software suite.

If you’ve got an Apple ID already, just head over to iCloud.com, sign in, and you’ll see the Web apps show up. If you don’t have one, you can sign up at Apple’s website, activate iCloud on an Apple device, and you’ll be good to go.
